How much do I pay for the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on selected items to the US, UK, Canada, Europe, East Asia and a few other selected countries.  

How long does the free shipping option take to deliver my order?

How do I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking number within 4-7 days of placing your order.

How can I make payment for an order?

You can pay through Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) Debit card or PayPal. We are currently unable to accept payment on delivery.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, we do. Tracking numbers are generated 4-7 business days after you receive a confirmation shipping email from us. Please include your email address when placing an order to ensure you receive the tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Please visit the track order page and input your tracking number in the required field.

The tracking page says “No information available at the moment”

Some shipping companies take around 2-5 days to update their tracking information after shipping orders. If you placed an order more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.

The tracking info shows my order was delivered but I never received it

Our first priority is ensuring all our customers receive their orders in the shortest time possible. If the tracking information indicates order delivered but you haven’t received the items, please check around your neighborhood incase another home received the order by mistake. Check with your family members or roommates in case they received the order on your behalf. Please also check with property managers or apartment offices.
